Zorax.ai follows a client-side first architecture. Your chat history,
settings, and user profile are stored locally on your device. We do not
maintain user tracking databases or sell your personal information.

A. Information You Provide
User Profile (Optional): Name, age, country, state, city and preferred language if you choose to configure them.
Chat & Input Data: Questions, prompts, custom instructions and other information you enter while using the AI.
Uploaded Files: Documents and images you choose to upload for AI analysis, OCR, or document processing.
B. Audio Data
When using voice input, your audio is processed only to convert speech into text using your device's speech recognition capabilities. Audio recordings are not permanently stored by us.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Information
Device information such as browser/WebView user-agent, display information, and application build identifiers used only for proper functionality and diagnostics.

Your information is used only to provide and improve the application's features.
Generate AI responses.

3. Local Storage & Data Retention
Zorax.ai prioritizes on-device storage.
Chat history, preferences and profile information are stored locally using your device's browser storage mechanisms.
You may delete your data at any time through the application's settings or by clearing the app's storage from Android Settings.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide AI and research capabilities, the app communicates securely with third-party services when required.
AI inference providers (such as OpenRouter).
Web search providers used in Research Mode.
Trusted CDN providers for client-side libraries.
We do not allow third parties to use your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Device Permissions
Microphone: Used only for speech-to-text.
Storage/Media: Used only when you upload files or images.
Internet: Required to communicate with AI services and retrieve research results.

All communications with external services are protected using secure HTTPS/TLS encryption. Local application data remains stored on your device.
7. Children's Privacy
Zorax.ai is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
